The induction

The session begins with a guided relaxation phase. Through voice and gentle suggestions, the practitioner guides the client toward a state of deep relaxation, similar to what you feel just before falling asleep.

The therapeutic work

In a hypnotic state, the unconscious becomes more receptive to positive suggestions and new perspectives. This is when deep changes occur: reprogramming beliefs, releasing emotions, anchoring new resources.

The return & integration

The practitioner gently guides the return to ordinary consciousness. A sharing period follows to anchor insights. Effects often manifest progressively in the days following the session.

NLP — much more than a technique

Neuro-linguistic programming, or NLP, is a powerful approach that explores the deep connection between the way you think, your inner language, and your behaviors. Developed in the 1970s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, it’s based on a simple but revolutionary idea: you can reprogram the mental patterns that limit you to create new ones, aligned with who you really want to be.

By reprogramming your thought states, you create new neural pathways. This will make it easier to move towards new habits — sustainably and naturally.
